3D models suddenly disappeared from all listings that contained them
We created several 3D models using Seller Centrals Create 3D models tab. We are a lifestyle brand and the 3D models really help customers see the products in the home using AR. For one product that Amazon could not create the model for, we created our own 3D model. We went to the "upload images" then "image manager" tab to upload the model. Amazon said the model was successfully uploaded and "completed" on October 2nd. Later that very same day, all of the 3D models that were live on our listings, vanished. I can still see the 3D model logo on the listing, but the "View in 3D" or the "View in AR" Butten is gone. I created a case - 16343040351, on October 4th, but nobody has responded to it. I am not sure if the one I added needs to be removed or something to get the others back.
@Glenn_Amazon & @Michelle_Amazon I see from other threads that you have some experience on this. Can any one of you, or another mod look into this case please? Thank you.
