Seller with name "Costco Resell Hub" and Dropshipping Openly?

What happened to Amazon's strict Drop shipping Policy.

More and more people are now doing drop shipping from COSTCO & SAMS CLUB, with sellers naming themselves as "Costco Resell Hub"?

Check this seller who have their name as "Costco Resell Hub" and is doing plain drop shipping.

Amazing that there are people willing to wait longer to get an item that they pay double for, compared to ordering directly from Costco. Certainly not adding any "customer value" to their orders.

So far, only one feedback. I suspect they'll not last long. Amazon seems to be swatting down dropshippers, but they keep popping back up.

Does this effect you and your sales? They will get caught, eventually. There are 100's every day that do the same thing and probably only a handful can be taken down.

Really??? Bad enough that they're charging $40 for a $20 box of trashbags, but your price is even higher?

It just seems so stupid to make Costco part of your name.

You would only be able to sell to people who are even more stupid.

As a buyer, I would assume that I could buy the item for less directly from Costco.

Anyone can drop ship on amazon as long as they list used like new, along with some other rules like invoice in sellers name etc... It is a dangerous business model. More than likely some seller in and apartment with no place to hold inventory. Let me be clear it is not a good idea.

Did you report them?

Only if Amazon notices on their own is that an issue. Amazon is deaf about all issues 3p sellers try to bring to attention of any violations. More than likely Amazon will promote therm and push their listings to top buy box just because they can.

You'll need to do a test buy and take pics of the package, shipping label, etc. and then if you are Brand registered you can report them through them. Otherwise report them through Seller Central.

We've had to do this multiple times with sellers drop shipping from Walmart.

Good Luck!

How do you know it's drop shipping?

He can go to Costco buy the items there, puts them in his warehouse, lists them and if someone orders he ships the item.
