false and libellous assertions that my product contains "prescription only medicications"

My account was deactivated in error, because "This product has been identified as XYZ, a prescription only medication."

inventory of different product removed (90 days irregular status of account with no sales) in error.

My product or even this "XYZ" is not a medicine in US (FDA opinion). You can find drugs by searching in FDA database .accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cder/daf/

I provide all evidence that my product is dietary supplement:

- manufacturer invoice of dietary supplement, statement of manufacturer with GMP and ISO certificate

- FDA Import Inquiry opinion that if I would lie to import my product will be under dietary supplement procedure

- Free sale/ health certificate of dietary supplement

- link to manufacturer website, wikipedia website... FDA wbsite proof that my product is not any medicine

I even proof that product XYZ that they believe is "prescription only medicications" is not a medicine in US- FDA opinion.

They ask me for NDC- this is for drugs only, not for dietary supplements, I got opinion from FDA that my product dont need NDC.

What evidence Amaon specialists will accept?

They never say nothing about evidence, only "we need more information" SIC.
