Can't list products due to invalid credit card issue

I'm getting very frustrated as I signed up to be a professional seller and I'm also brand registered but I'm not able to add products and create listings. I created I believe three cases already to resolve my issue over the past two weeks and I'm still getting the same error. I confirmed with my bank that my credit card is valid. I was told by one of Amazon Associates few days ago that they validated my credit card and my account should be updated within 24 hours. Well I still can't add products because I get the same error message.

One thing that has been known to be an issue in some cases is not having the card on the BUYER side.

Enter it and update the buyer account FIRST, wait a few minutes, and then update the seller side.

Amazon is weird and this has been mentioned a number of times on the Forum over the years.

Michelle at Amazon here. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues getting your credit card validated. As @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp mentioned, update your buyer account, so the buying side of your account that has the same email as your seller account. Then update your seller account information. If that doesn't work, please reply back with the cases you created to Seller Support so I can take a look.
