Approval to sell specific brand
I am trying to get approved to sell products from a specific brand and I have submitted valid invoices that meet the requirements stated but Amazon rejected them with a message "Thank you for your application to sell [Brand] products. We have reviewed the documentation you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell [Brand] products. We evaluated the information you provided, but it did not pass our review.
We took this action to ensure the mutual success of our sellers and buyers on our site.
-- We cannot accept this INVOICE because we are unable to verify the transaction with the supplier. Documents must be authentic and unaltered in order to be verified."
The document is authentic and unaltered and has contact info. I have also submitted an executed signed seller agreement between me and the brand owner but they did not accept it and always reject it with the same message.
Can anyone help me with this?

Does the agreement specifically state that you can sell ON AMAZON?
Also, is it a global brand that is distributed in multiple countries and regions? In many cases there are multiple 'owners' that have control for different regions and you need permission from ALL of them if you are selling on global Amazon platforms.

I'm sorry you are having difficulties being approved to sell a Brand. In some instances there may be an issue with the documentation in such a way it can't be verified by out internal teams. The same thing happened to me. I have all the valid documents and even shared the transaction screenshots, but nothing has changed. Amazon is not giving proof or a valid reason with a clarification I mean go and verify with the brand owner or invoice provider and if it is fake then you can reject but without validating how can you say it's fake or not realistic? And their support guys are pathetic still i am confused that i was connected with Amazon seller support or i was giving support to them.
