What is going on with this warehouse... I sent 2 packages last week and they aren't being delivered and there's no info telling me what's going on. I checked forums right before this and seen this hub has had previous issues... Why hasn't it been resolved? How can I find out more information on this?

Update: Found that there's an alternate address to send to. Apparently Amazon doesn't update the address like they said they do. Amazon: "If you use a partnered carrier and print labels in Seller Central, we’ll automatically generate shipping labels with the correct, alternate address." Clearly still sends to the wrong address. Now what happens with my packages now that they're sent to the physical address instead?
