Address verification for Ukrainian seller. NO delivery from UPS to Ukraine.

Hello!

I have succefully passed all steps of verification except my address since I am in Ukraine and my address is in Ukraine.

I also opened a case ID 13682002561 on Aug 29th but still haven't get any clear answer about my last step address verification and how to pass it.

I have also provided my utitlity bill with translation and notarialized. But still no answer.

I really don't want to lose my account

Could you please help me?
