Setting up "Global Selling" on the US account

I'm having trouble registering my credit card when I try to open Europe on Global Selling.

The card hasn't expired, and I input the card number correctly. I actually use it everyday.

Has anyone had this problem? If so, how did you solve it?

American Express

Diners Club

Discover

JCB

MasterCard

Visa

Also in order to set Global account, make sure your credit card meet all the requirements needed you can see more of this info on this help page
