Reference price dissappeared during black friday and cyber monday promotion, discount removed
We were signed up for the black friday sale and participated for the first four days, Amazon also charged us the $50 fee to join the promotion. However today after the discounted price has been showing we received an email that our product's black friday prime promotion was surpressed. We get multiples sales everyday which is the only reason we read for the reference price disappearing. Seems like a bug why our reference price would dissappear. The only difference in our price was moving from $35 to $32 today on the non prime price side. Holiday push on pause for us I guess. It would make sense for the prime exclusive disount to freeze during this period since there is a fee to join.

I took a look into that case and do see it was resolved after our team provided information on updating the reference price.
