Out of stock but cant close my listing
I ran out of stock and was told to close my listing from a couple other sellers to hold my rank but it wont let me, the continue button is greyed out and it has a note about business pricing (which I have) but I did a removal order for all my damaged stock and it is still not letting me close. Help!

Remove the business price... then Save
wait 15 min.
Then try to close it.

Thanks for reaching out. @Seller_Z94U2smN0QDFk is correct that it can sometimes take a bit of time for the listing to fully close after removing the business price as the listing must be updated before it can proceed with closure.
Please note however that sales rank is calculated based on all-time sales of an ASIN/Product where recent sales are weighted more than older sales. Closing your listing will not "lock" a sales rank as other products in the category will continue to sell and that can impact the sale rank of a product.
