Manufacturing Agreement problems (Alibaba)

If you are a Support Mod or a Seller who has registered successfully and uses Alibaba, please read/respond!

My Brand Registry Application has been denied for "the Manufacturing Agreement is missing, incomplete, or did not satisfy requirements." (CASE ID: 14601694751)

I submitted a PDF that shows (on my manufacturer's letterhead) that we are in agreement for rebranding the product to private label and to be sold under my brand (typed exactly the same as on the application).

I can't seem to find information on WHY that isn't working, or what exact criteria the "Manufacturing Agreement" should have to be accepted. If anyone reading knows the exact criteria for the "Manufacturing Agreement" on what needs to be included/excluded, or have successfully submitted a document for the MA from Alibaba, then advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have reviewed

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GUF78PCXAMHDY2A6

as well as

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/learn/courses?ref_=selleru_athena&courseId=74c81f60-b036-47ad-8851-d0130b7155fa&moduleId=b133c6c0-aa5a-405a-b58f-ac352e7e78c5&modLanguage=English&contentType=VIDEO&category=TUTORIAL&videoPlayer=youtube

and have not found any information that goes against the document I have submitted. I am sourcing my product through Alibaba, and have seen some suggest using the Alibaba-generated Trade Assurance Contract. Should I resubmit my application with that, or is there a better-working file type or document style that I am overlooking, or something else entirely like a legally binding contract with a termination clause?

Any response is appreciated, thank you!

Remember it costs no more to succeed in online retail sales as it does to fail in online retail sales, the difference is what you bring to the table.

All that writing asking for help, when you are going about things the wrong way.

You want to register your brand. Your brand is your brand and YOU own it. Your brand will have your logo, your USTPO Registered name, your UPC's, and your packaging, and COC's if necessary, in your band name.

When you have all of that completed, your brand is ready to submit.

Where you manufacturer your brand and who manufacturers your brand for you is no one's business except yours. (except the MADE IN... Label on the product)

You do not need any letterhead, agreements, or mention of Alibaba.

That is the way brands and brand owners operate.
