Amazon Lost Used Books During Warehouse Transfer

Several of my books are being lost within FBA transfer of items. I keep receiving the boilerplate response of providing invoices, which is impossible for used books bought at library book sales, book stores, etc. But I CAN provide evidence of books being received at one FBA warehouse and lost during transfer to another warehouse. Someone at Amazon, please help.

FBA187D3Y344 13 items

FBA18B7Z5M2M 13 items

Thank you.

Amazon doesn't care anymore. No brand approved distributor invoices, no reimbursements.

Do you have the Seller Support case IDs you've opened related to these units? I would like to review and determine if their are options to escalate. Thank you!

All were received via book sales.

Thanks for reaching back out to me. With the book sales, was there any documentation demonstrating the sale? Or just any form of documentation you may be able to provide? Amazon requires both proof of inventory ownership and proof of delivery to be submitted with every inventory reconciliation request. Examples of acceptable documents for proof of inventory ownership include an invoice from a supplier, receipt from another seller, or signed packing slip only if you are a manufacturer. Anything close to that you may be able to provide to Seller Support?
