Amazon lost my pallets and won't reimburse
I had 2 pallets of inventory shipped for FBA (344 units, ~$30k market value) that were delivered to the Homestead FL FC on Sept 13, 3024. This was not a partnered shipment as my supplier arranged the LTL truck. I have Proof of Delivery from the carrier from Amazon's Carrier Central portal and an Amazon representative confirmed that they were delivered on Sept 13, 2024. The problem starts with the fact that they were never marked as received or even shipped in Seller Central. I had to wait 21 days to request an investigation, so I did that and I got asked for proof of ownership. I provided that. The "investigation" took forever, and finally the investigation team said that they determined the shipment is not eligible for reconciliation yet. This is ridiculous because in Amazon's system, shipments aren't eligible for reconciliation if they aren't marked as received, which it hasn't been. I was told I could request a phone call so I've repeatedly asked for phone calls to discuss the case and no one calls. No one is responding in the case file and I've yet to receive a reimbursement. The shipment is now marked as close, yet still I get no response or reimbursement.
I have proof of ownership and we have proof of delivery and confirmation that Amazon took over possession of the pallets. 0 units checked in. This is straight up theft of my inventory while in Amazon's custody.
Do I need to involve the Executive Seller Relations Team? Should I be involving the local police dept to do an investigation?

Hey there @Seller_enKNTYPSEJYGB,
Thanks for posting this here on the forums, and apologies for the frustration it's caused thus far.
Have you received any replies since you initially posted this? If you would kindly provide the case ID number I would be happy to take a look. If it hasn't already been escalated at this point, I will look to do so.
