We had 37 items removed for "Product Detail Page Tampering". We are the owner of the trademark and brand registry for it as well. All the listings were removed and we have not made any changes to a lot of these listings for months and some even years. There was no changes made to the listings so how can we get them back?

Been calling for two days and have had done all the changes that I have been told will work and we still get back all the same automated response that we have not fixed the issue. Have not been able to sell any of our product and if we do not get them back we will not be able to continue.

Here is the last call case ID we have. Spent 40 minutes on a call to try and fix the problem after the call was told to look for an email to help our case and all it it showed was how to register fro brand registry. WE ARE ALREADY BRAND REGISTERED AND HAVE BEEN FOR YEARS. Terrible support not a single call has helped us figure out what the main issue even is. Been over a week of calls and not one person has helped.

I've reviewed with your cases and these reports and the issue with these ASINs is that these products are repackaged units/bundles of other Branded products labeled with your own Brand. While you may have been able to list these ASINs in the past, this type of Brand Labeling is prohibited per the Bundling Policy. You will need to review your products and ensure that they remained aligned with Amazon's current policies. I'm sorry for any difficulties this creates.
