NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

somehow all of my listings seem to have international and expedited shipping when I NEVER EVER CHECKED THE BOXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HAVE MY SHIPPING SETTINGS FOR STATNDARD US SHIPPING ONLY....in the past week, I now have 2 international orders that I am forced to cancel..I opened a case log and was promised that no international sales were going to happen again and they did,..I checked my lisitings and almost all of them have international shipping boxes checked...how is this happening...my account is on vacation until this is sorted out...I opened a case 4 days ago and was promised it was fixed...it is not...
