Help ASIN/Black Business Accelerator Program

I have a few issues that I am trying to correct. Is there a customer service number where I can speak to a live person.

1. I need to transfer my current listing and inventory to a new ASIN to represent my brand so I can sign up for the Vine Program.

2. I can not find where to apply for the Black Business Accelerator Program, I currently do have my badge already.

Please Help!

Thanks for the post! I regret to hear you are experiencing some issues. To start, if you are signed up for a Professional Selling account, you may utilize the Call Me Now feature within Seller Central. The button is available is located in the Account Health page, where you can request a call to specialists who will be able to support them with any policy or compliance questions. You also, have the option of reaching out to Seller Support via creating a case in Seller Central.

Additionally, there is no deadline to enroll in Amazon’s Black Business Accelerator. Once you have your product developed and ready to promote and sell on Amazon, then you can enroll in the Black Business Accelerator to help launch your selling business. Access to Amazon’s Black Business Accelerator resources is free for certified Black-owned U.S. businesses with a Professional seller account selling on Amazon. Amazon does not cover the monthly cost of a Professional plan. However, the $500 credit for recently-launched Professional sellers, can be applied towards incurred start-up costs, including this monthly fee.
