Super frustrated. We partnered with a manufacture to get their product on Amazon and they have an agreement with Target that nobody will sell their product cheaper than $5.99. We sell a 2 pack of that product for $11.99 and Amazon's bot has taken away our featured status. And they didn't take away the buybox early in our building of the listing, but after we have spent Over $25k in advertising and have over 3,000 units in stock. Sales are down 90% without the buybox. I have been told I am not allowed to sell it for less than $11.99 by the manufacturer.

We opened a case explaining that it was a 2 pack, and not the same as the $5.99 single pack you see at Target. And after several days they replied:

"Our internal investigation determined that you are not eligible to be in the Featured Offer for ASIN B0CV4XXXX because your offer is not priced competitively compared to other retailers outside of Amazon."

Our price is incredibly competitive as at $11.99, we are losing money with Amazon's high fee structure at that price. This is insane.

Any advice on how to overcome this?
