UPS Shipping Options Have Changed
I noticed the last week that UPS shipping with Amazon has some rare changes. Most shipments are as usual, cost, time of delivery and shipping option.
But on some orders I have no 'Ground' shipping option and only '2ND DAY AIR' is available. When go through my UPS account I have the 'Ground' option at a lower cost at same or a faster delivery time.
Also the delivery frame offered is different, example: I have a shipment for tomorrow, Amazon offers UPS delivery Ground by Wednesday, my UPS account will deliver Monday.
Wondering if Amazon is trying to slowly push us sellers away from 'Amazon Buy Shipping'?
Understandable, I had about seven to eight A-Z claims on buyers reporting 'package not delivered' and Amazon reimbursed all these possibly fraud claims. (I did report them as suspected fraud).
Anyway, just wondering if others had this happen?
I really don't mind using my own UPS account every once in a while, if it's good for my clients.
