Unable to make any changes in parent listing

Dear all,

For the past few months, I have been unable to make any changes to any of my parent listings. For example, if I need to change the keywords or bullet points of any of my listings, I have to make those changes in all of my child ASINs, which is very time-consuming. In the past, it wasn't like this. I used to make changes to any of the parent listings and all the variations were automatically updated.

Is there any solution for this?

I'm sorry you're having issues making changes to your parent listing. I've reviewed the details of case 16076339391, and see that Support has provided additional troubleshooting steps for you to take in order to resolve this issue, including clearing your cache & cookies and trying a different browser. Have you tried those steps yet?
