CPC keeps being rejected for citation issues
We make board games and card games and so the CPC process is pretty standard now, we've got it down. I was just creating listings for a new game we are coming out with and an expansion for it. The base game got approved with the CPC docs, but the expansion game's CPC just keeps getting denied. The same tests were performed at the same testing facility (Eurofins) in China. The reason for the denial is:
"1. The CPC you submitted is contains inaccurate information.
Please resubmit the document with the following updated information:
Citation to each CPSC children’s product safety rule to which this product is being certified"
I'm just so confused because all of the citations are clearly there. I'm not sure if they're saying that there should be more that aren't listed or something? Has anyone else dealt with this? Seller support doesn't know what to do, and you can't call the Product, Safety & Compliance team, so I don't even know what to do to fix it especially since this has never been an issue in the past.
