Small Business Badge for Handmade Program
Hello!
It's unclear to me whether my Amazon Handmade business can apply for a Small Business Badge WITHOUT having my brand registered with Brand Registry? This sentence from the FAQ makes me think that I can: "In the US, we follow Gartner's definition of small business. Small businesses are eligible for this badge if they are registered with Brand Registry or participate in the Handmade program." However, seller support insists that even Handmade businesses still need to register with Brand Registry to be able to apply for a badge which to me seems to contradict the "or" part of the document. Can anyone advise?
