Hi Amazon, please look into this case id ID 16903472131, we have pending fba orders since 1 month and Amazon is giving us copy paste response instead of resolving it.
Plus we were given reimbursement but that was reversed once (i believe) these units were found but now Amazon isn't shipping them to customers, please check if our reimbursement has got anything to do with this, our reimbursement case id is ID 16649233641.
