I thought I opened a Sellers Account, not a Rental Account

Amazon has to start standing by their return time limits. I was under the impression it was 30 days. I sold an Expresso maker over 4 months ago, and just got notice that the buyer is returning it, This item was purchased and shipped OVER 4 MONTHS ago. That gave the buyer just enough time to use it, break it and send it back. I contacted customer service, and got the same old cut and paste message these lazy reps send out to all of us about our concerns.

The thing is? This isn't the first time it has happened, I mainly sell textbooks, and these college kids are getting smart. They will buy a new or like new textbook, use it, mark it up, trash it, then send it back at the end of the semester after they are done with it and get a full refund. I have had books sent back up to a YEAR after the original transaction completely ruined. ITS ABSOLUTE BS.

Not even Walmart or Target will take a return after 60 days. What are you doing to us Amazon? If you want to side with the customer and return things so bad take it out of your BILLIONS of dollars, DO NOT TAKE IT FROM US LOWLIFE SELLERS. A big old F- Amazon.
