letter from company

i recived a letter from Hersey asking me to provide my info to sell their product on amazon but i was ungated with hersey through amazon

suggestions or has this happened to any1?

Amazon cannot and does not give you Brand authorization to sell a product. They only run Amazon and can only give you permission from their end.

Michelle at Amazon here. If you are sure that this is Hershey and you feel comfortable providing them with this information if you so choose. If you do not provide the information, Hersey may report you for infringement for selling their items, which at that point, you would have to provide Amazon with your invoices and possibly a letter of authorization from Hershey as well. If you do reply, ensure that it is actually Hershey and not someone pretending to be them.
