My account health dropped from 308 to 244 over night after getting a "HIGH REPEAT" trademark on product violation, the performance notification claimed ''
it is the only violation on our account health with impact , but I also do not understand how I have lost over 64 points, to my understanding all violations range from 2-8 points" can someone do the math for how I lost 68 points or is there even a way to calculate? all my other metrics are below the margins and healthy, on time delivery, valid tracking etc, no metric is over or under the targeted area.

This listing was very old an inactive and realized we never sold a single unit, it was immediately deleted from inventory once we were made aware. We contacted the rights owner but the email was a automated bot that claims it forwards your message however it has now been two weeks. I cant believe a company like hershey company is going after the tiniest of ants I have pleaded and pleaded , creating new email account to send to the bot however we have yet to receive contact. The bot also claims if further assistance is needed please contact legal team, we have tried contacting hershey support and some agent apparently created a case for me but again its been two weeks I think she lied.
Its incredible how one violation is balancing my livelihood of how I can feed my child and hershey company apparently believe I am shark like tycoon stealing all their sales, sorry not a single unit ever sold.
I understand the violation however I don't believe it to be fair if the listing is not active, and not a single unit ever sold, amazon should do more about the products in hand that have sold units I can understand but for listings that have never sold a single unit?
Now I have to live in fear for my account and have this violation stuck on my account for 180 days unless Hershey company can look into their heartless souls and contact me back, its quite hyprocritical they claim to stand for women rights, yet as a single mother I do not feel much support from hershey, they will never gain a cent from me ever again.
If anyone has dealt with Hershey before please do comment any contact support or direct communication for issue at hand I honestly do not know what to do, I have contacted account health support and I do not mean to be rude, but as sweet and soft as my agent was, I could not understand much as to what she was saying.
