Potential High Pricing Error - No Reference Price Available and Cannot Reactivate
We have a potential pricing error on one of our listings. The listing was flagged and retails for ~$30 GBP (VAT excl) across our listings and websites in the US market. However in the UK market we can't even list it at £35 (VAT incl) (at a 4-25% loss accounting for VAT plus international inbound) due to the high pricing error. Seller support has not helped, they keep telling us that we need to lower the price and use the reference price available, but there is no reference price available under the reference price column in our pricing health dashboard.

Unfortunately, I can't see cases in the UK. You will need to create a new discussion and select the appropriate flag for the country you need assistance in, so they can assist you. In the mean time, I would recommend that you stop selling the ASIN until they can determine why your price is not updating.
