What the heck is virtual inventory? Amazon claims my lost FBA items is Virtual Inventory.
Amazon is now claiming my "lost" FBA inventory is virtual inventory. Has anyone dealt with this new Lost Inventory response? When I ask them to explain what it is they CAN NOT. They just copy and paste the original Virtual Inventory response.
I would love for Sellers to list all their "missing" FBA inventory for the last month that Amazon lost and refused to reimburse with legitimate invoices. I feel like the lost inventory has gotten out of control.

Hi @Seller_uJo8XNzWYLBfo, I know we've been chatting under another thread and I have reached out about your particular shipment here, but let's move the conversation here under your own thread. Since I didn't find any discrepancies on your shipment, I did have a couple questions to start with.
- How many units were supposed to be in the shipment?
- How many units were actually in the shipment?
