How to Remove Sellers That Are Selling Stolen Goods?
Title just about sums it up. I am trying to get support from Amazon on removing sellers that are moving stolen goods on the Amazon marketplace. This seems like something that should be a no brainer. But as the brand's TM is still pending with the USPTO, I do not have access to TM Takedowns. I would prefer to not buy back the inventory, and fund the people actively stealing product, just to file a copyright or counterfeit complaint. I have tried reporting abuse through the form on the account health page, but have not gotten a response.
Sellers are buying product through the brand's DTC site with stolen CCs, then moving the stolen product on Amazon. The shipping addresses on most orders literally aligns with the business address listed by these sellers. We are working to shore up fraud protection on DTC, but there are literally hundreds of units being sold by these individuals on Amazon.
Would really like some support on the matter.

Not surprising, no one ever does.
sounds like a story for law enforcement, or another another follow-up on TV news...

I completely understand your frustration here and get that you are in a really difficult situation while clearly doing what you need/can do on your end to stop the fraudulent purchases.
My recommendation is to try and open a case with Brand Registry Support and/or Seller Support, succinctly describe what is going on and allude to the Counterfeit Crimes Unity.
Unfortunately, as you are probably aware, a Seller has to be registered in Brand Registry and have a registered Trademark in order to work with the Amazon Counterfeit Crimes Unit, but it is definitely worth trying. For reference, here is the Counterfeit Crimes Unit FAQ.
