GET FAKE REVIEWS EVERY DAY!

Recently, my product has received some strange reviews. These reviews initially appear as 4-star reviews but express dissatisfaction with the product. These reviews then change to 1-star reviews the next day, making it impossible for me to contact the buyers through the backend. These reviews are all posted before the estimated delivery date of the product. After posted it, they request a refund. The reason for the refund is always "shipping address undeliverable," which leads me to suspect these addresses are fake, and these negative reviews are malicious reviews from competitors in the same category

These reviews exaggerate the product's flaws and even criticize features the product does not have. The attached pictures are not actual photos of the product but are taken from the product page or other buyers' reviews. Upon checking these buyers' profiles, I found that they left similar negative reviews for different products (but within the same category).

These reviews has negatively affected the ratings of my listing. I already report it but it doesn't any respond from Amazon. What can I do? How did you handle it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
