My Amazon charge method not being verified even after Amazon charged the payment

I am a new seller and trying to set up my store. My credit card company flagged my visa credit card as fraud due to the Mexico Marketplace so Amazon put my store on hold until I updated my payment method. I updated with my Visa Debit Card and Amazon immediately took my payment but my Amazon store was still on hold.. I reached out to a online rep who walked me through everything but couldn't help me get the issue resolved. She had me delete the card that was flagged for fraud which after reading on a help page it said not to delete the original credit card account was set up with. I believe I am passed the 48hr wait time it says to wait after updating your payment method.. Is there someone from Amaxon on here that can help me get my store open?

You need a valid credit card to list/sell. A debit card will work for fees, but a valid credit card (charges interest, you get a bill) is needed.

You have already received some great information above by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9. Have you tried to upload an credit card (not debit card). That should get you set here. You can review how to add, delete and verify your card and some common reasons a card comes back as invalid by following this link.
