I can't sign in Amazon Advertising Console

I am unable to access Amazon's Advertising Console through the Amazon Seller Central.

If I log in directly on the page, it keeps returning to the country selection page.

Unfortunately, I am also unable to log into this page https://advertising.amazon.com/contactus to seek help.

I've tried clearing the browser cache and cookies, switching between Chrome and Firefox, and checking my network, but nothing works.
