3 star rating with no reviews
Hello, anyone experiencing having only star ratings but no reviews? I got a 5 and a 3 star on one of my listings, however, information on who gave those reviews were not visible, is it even a legit rating? I believe before you can finalize and post those ratings, who have to leave a review as well. It's unfair to leave a poor rating only without knowing what's the cause, and you can't even try to address the issue with the buyer.

Yes -- rating without review is allowed.
As to "address the issue with the buyer" -- you are not allowed to do that even with a review. Sellers are not allowed to contact buyers regarding product review (rules differ for seller feedback)

Hey there @Seller_LfAVBYkPpst61- thanks for looking to forums for some assistance with this! I'm happy to see some solid guidance was already provided in the thread. While I agree that leaving text with every review would help both buyers and sellers, customers can rate a product without leaving a full text review.
