Attribute claimed by another steward from your brand
Hello all,
I have a new product that right after creation, has been giving me the message "This attribute has been claimed by another steward from your brand, we have sent the changes to them but they are under no obligation to make them..." whenever i try to update the title or bullet points. We are the manufacturer of this product and are the only seller. There are only a few rights owners for this brand, and we have all tried to change the title and bullet points and are receiving this message. I am a rights owner and administrator for this brand. Seller support gave us the merchant token of the winning contributor and it is my merchant token.
Seller support has bounced us to brand registry and brand registry has bounced us back to seller support. I understand Seller Support says this is your issue figure it out, but if all registered rights owners and administrators have already tried making changes and are unable to do so, what are we supposed to do?
Seller support has been an absolutely unhelpful brick wall. Does anyone have any advice?

I have seen a couple of other posts on the forum about what you were experiencing, and in a couple of them, they discovered that it was their account in another marketplace. At least one of them had never logged into that marketplace, so no idea why it happened. Not sure if there is a fix other than trying to do the update on the other marketplace.
