Amazon Created a Duplicate Listing, Now my reviews are gone
I need help from a Moderator
Case ID 15452108251
Amazon created a duplicate listing for my product, then when I asked support to merge them, they Discontinued my ORIGINAL ASIN that had A+ content and reviews, and left active the duplicate with no reviews
I have gone round and round with support now telling me to create a THIRD listing - it's driving me nuts
I just want this fixed
my current, active ASIN is B0D578YG1W

Hello @Seller_lLtttYMsFFfz6,
Thanks for posting this issue. I understand you would like to reactivate ASIN B09V1R1LBL, or have reviews be put under ASIN B0D578YG1W. I've contacted our partner team and requested that a review be made regarding the ASINs, to see what options exist. I'll follow up as soon as I hear back from them.
Have a great day in the meantime.

This was the response that I received
"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
My name is Juan I'm happy to assist you today, I understand you are contacting us about the reinstatement of your ASIN: B09V1R1LBL
Since the original ASIN was discontinued, it cannot be reinstated. You will need to re-list the product to continue, there is no current way for Selling Partner Support to help you in this matter.
Please note: by reopening cases that have proper information and citation, you are in violation of our Guidelines for contacting Seller Partner Support. Amazon may close cases or limit support if you don’t follow these guidelines:
"To protect sellers and customers, we decline requests that are not consistent with our policies. If we’ve informed you that no further action will be taken on an issue, don’t seek to obtain a different outcome by reopening the case or raising it again in other cases."
Guidelines for contacting Selling Partner Support can be found here:

I trust this has cleared all your doubts on this matter.
We wish you the best of luck on your future online sales!"
This was the first time anyone ever told me that the listing could not be reactivated, but I guess I asked for help too many times?
It is very hard when you get a different answer every time, and none of the answers make any sense.
It just seemed logical to me that if Amazon screwed up and removed my reviews, they could fix the problem
