Dear Amazon Support Team,
Suddenly My seller account has been deactivated due to missing information required under the INFORM Consumers Act. However, I am currently unable to submit my documents through Seller Central — the system does not allow me to upload them. Additionally, when I attempted to send an email regarding this matter, I received a response stating that it is not the correct place to submit appeals.
Could you please guide me on the correct process to submit my documents and complete the verification? I am eager to resolve this issue as soon as possible and reactivate my account.

One thing I noticed, is it appears the two cases you provided above were Account Health appeals and not direct cases with Seller Support. Have you reached out directly to Seller Support by following this link? I was able to peek at your account and can see that the documents you had initially uploaded were not accepted and it is prompting you to contact Seller Support.
