AMAZON LOST TWO OF MY SHIPENTS AND I AM OUT OF STOCK NOW
shipment FBA18SMQ8Z6F delivered on February 3, 2025 180 delivered only 62 received and sold
shipment FBA18NDH6ZFV delivered on December 27. 272 delivired only 197 received and sold
shipment FBA18Q8447CV delivered on January 20, 2025 196 delivered only 189 received and sold
all together 200 units somewhere in limbo I a sure Amazon lost those unites
If they were in warehouse they would keep saliing them.
I am rushing next shipment to delivered sooner and paying overtime.
I do not know what going to happen to y next shipment. What if Amazon will lose it again?
With new policy for reinburstment for lost item I do not know if how much I will receive for lost items
I definetely will not receive value of lost sales.
I probably will even lose value of my product as well.
I mean I will lose money in the end.
If it's a new way how Amazon going to run FBA now. IT"S GOING TO BE THE END OF MY BUSINESS!!!!
Another thing I CAN NOT get any help anywhere ANYMORE.
When I call to support they honestly saying that that THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME.
AND I BELIEVE THEM.
I ASK TO TALK TO MANAGER THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW IT ALSO SAYING ANAGER CAN NOT DO ANYTHING
FOR ME TOO AND AGAIN I BEKIEVE THEM
