Listing Restrictions from many brands! HELP!!!
Dear Amazon,
About a month ago, I received this message from Amazon:
"Important Information About Your Amazon Listing
As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, effective 03/28/24, you will not be able to list Hyland's, and your listing for the product will be removed. The action does not impact your account health.
How can I reinstate my listings?
You are currently not approved to list Hyland's. If you believe you should be listed as an authorized reseller, please contact the brand owner directly."
I have been selling Hyland's Natural brand for several years now, along with many other brands that have suddenly been restricted. This suddenly happened out of the blues, and for about 100 brands. Of the 100 brands, I only sold on a handful of it - all from which I've sold over several years. I obtain my products through one of the largest distributors in the U.S., and have/can provide proof of purchase. I initial thought that this was a system-wide restriction, but after 3/28, I've noticed that every single other third-party seller is on the listing, except for myself. My account health is outstanding.. and I have not done anything that would warrant this type of restriction. What baffles me is that other sellers are still selling on all these brands that I have been restricted on. Is there any way that I can reverse this decision? I have been ungated in this category for years now, so I really don't understand what is happening.
Can any moderator please help!!!!?

It sounds like the other sellers have brand owner authorization from Hyland's directly, and you don't. They are on the whitelist, and you aren't.
If i'm wrong, have you contacted your sales rep at Hyland's to find out why they kicked you off Amazon?

Hello @Seller_bnwz2neE3MBFS- and thanks for posting this situation so the forums community might be able to advise.
Based off the communication in the post, reaching out to the brand will be your best next step in order to gain a Letter of Authorization identifying your selling account as an authorized reseller of the brand's products. You can read further through our help page specific to the approvals process.
Please let me know if you have any questions on the next steps here.
Thank you again,
Danny
