Good Evening @Seller_aTvlRPPHl19LY,

I took a look at CASE ID 16647374311 and it looks like Selling Partner Support first would like you to relist the ASINs as you are unable to appeal them when the listing has been removed completely.

After you have added the ASINs back, I took a look at them and while you are stating that your items are intended for adults, the images on your listings are with children who are wearing backpacks that show pink rainbows, space figurines, unicorns etc.., which means the backpack could potentially be purchased for a child under the age of 12, so Amazon will require testing be done on your products. This is to ensure the safety of your end customers, which could be children. If your items could be worn/used by a child, you would have to have the required tested as stated in our help page here.

Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the information shared in your Selling Partner Support case or stated above. Have a good night.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
