How do I remove my ASIN from the Amazon Catalog
I have an ASIN, listed as my brand.
I wish to quit selling this item, and remove the ASIN from the Amazon catalog. There are several counterfeit sellers on this ASIN. If I simply set my inventory to zero, or better yet, delete my offer, these counterfeit's will remain. This puts me at liability, since it is my brand name plastered on the offer page, on Amazon. After I shut down my offer, everyone sold thereafter still appears to be my brand....which it is not. How do I shut an ASIN down?

Are you and your brand in Brand Registry?
You can try using the BR team to shut all the other sellers down as unauthorized sellers if you are.
Otherwise it is pretty difficult and hard even if you are in BR.

Register your already USPTO-registered trademark with Amazon Brand Registry and after you are registered you can remove them from the listing.

Dominic from Amazon here want to provide some additional info on this. It's not possible to completely remove an ASIN from Amazon. If no one is listing the product it won't be available to purchase but removing the ASIN from the site is not something we do.

Just do what the Chinese do and make up a IP complaint saying the items are counterfeit, Amazon will blindly believe you, you don't need any proof.
