CARB Compliance Issue Preventing Sales in California
Hello,
I have a product that is subject to the approval of the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to sell in California. The product is CARB-approved, and I have the EO documentation to support that, but I need to figure out where to provide the documentation. Currently, the product is not showing as available for purchase on Amazon specifically in California (everywhere else is fine).
I updated the Product Details page to indicate that the product is CARB compliant, but as soon as I did, the section became greyed out, and I can no longer update that section with further details.
I have no account violations or product compliance requests on my Account Health page to which I can appeal to provide such documentation.
@Danny_Amazon or @Glenn_Amazon Can you help me with this request? I'd like to be able to sell the product in California and have the necessary documentation to do so.

How can you get the EO documentation? I also need get EO number to sell my products on Amazon but I don't know what to do that.

Thank you for reaching out with your questions on how to provide your EO Number for your ASINs so your products can be available in California. You can follow the steps below to upload your information:
- Download the applicable inventory file template.
- Enter the related information in the following fields: "Please provide the Executive Number (EO) required for sale into California" and "Please provide the expiration date of the EO Number".
- Upload your inventory file through Seller Central (Add Products via Upload).
