Cease and desist letter from brand
i have received cease and desist letter from brand as am new seller .... How to response them ?? If I didn't respond then will Amazon deactivate my account? Am little bit worried about it they didn't approach me through Amazon they mailed me through their official email and how could they find my company email as it is not mention anywhere.

First of all, your company information is pretty easy to find, especially for a legal department.
As for contacting you directly, and not through Amazon, be happy. They are giving you a chance to comply, without getting Amazon involved and possibly (likely) resulting in your account being suspended.
You might wish to consult a lawyer that specializes in IP, if for nothing else to confirm that this is legit, and to help write a response as appropriate. But probably, if you meet their requests, that will likely be the end of it, and you get to keep selling on Amazon. Just be sure to not just zero out any listings, but fully delete the offers, so there is no indication that you intend to sell those items, in case Amazon cracks down in the future.
But again, if in doubt, consult a lawyer. Do not take anything I say as legal advice.
