What does mean 500-box?
Is it means 500 units per box per shipment?
or 500 boxes per shipment?

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to clear this up! This means 500 boxes per shipment. However, if you are sending 500 boxes you may want to look into LTL or FTL shipments. They may provide better shipping costs with that many boxes.
