Question about feedback removal
Hello,
I have a question about feedback removal. I received a negative feedback because I sent the buyer wrong item by accident a refund was given and item did not have to be returned. It was shipped same day. So my question is would this feedback qualify for removal for what the buyer left? Below is the feedback left.
" I waited for days and completely received the wrong order. They sent me * potato chips. Says they won’t give my money back until they receive the item back in the mail. Clearly don’t give a *. Refund my order you pig, you already * me enough with your careless packaging and taking way too long shipping the wrong item!! "

The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”
