I've been selling on Amazon since 2009, and I mention this to highlight that I have ample experience and am well-versed in their policies. However, in recent months, whether due to new AI implementations or declining customer service quality, things have worsened significantly. It's particularly challenging because many customer service representatives are overseas and not native English speakers, which seems to contribute to the problem. It appears they cannot distinguish between drugs and drug paraphernalia and a tobacco pipe.
I've followed all the steps: opening cases, making calls, writing emails, and filing appeals, but nothing has worked. all I get is product is ok, but theere nothing they can do about it.
I have over 30 listings for the Genius tobacco pipe, similar to the ones Sherlock Holmes used, which comply with Amazon's policies. Despite this, it feels like a dead end, as there seems to be no category for tobacco pipes on Amazon anymore. Yet, I still see many people selling them. I'm confused and completely lost.

Feeling your pain.
check if there is any updates in the policies. see if there are any specific words that may conflict with the policies or trigger the bots. try to remove them from the listing titles, bullet points, and images and then update the listing to see if this works.

You do know that the AI you are complaining about is the one that found the drug references when running external price checks. A simple google search for "Genius tobacco pipe" brings up dozens of drug websites. Including the brands own website with multiple drug references on that as well. However in your case it probably hit your ebay account and saw all the drug products there.
Same as every other time some company has come on here claiming its a "tobacco accessory" or "spice grinder" and they were deactivated unjustly.

IF its something they are not being clear on(usually the case these days), It could help to do a full rewrite of your copy. title, bullets, ect. Pull A+ content off of it for now, and make sure your backend terms are 100% safe.

We have had the same problem and no matter what you provide to support they do not do squat to help. It is happening in every category I sell.
I have sent ASIN's of other sellers selling the exact same product after mine had been deactivated and still nothing is done. Also the other sellers listings are still active. It is mindboggling.
I have noticed if you want to sell a prohibited items all you need to do is send it to FBA and your listing will never be deactivated. That is what the foreign sellers do!
Check out the drug paraphernalia. Bongs are listed as flower vases, pipes are listed as kitchen products and ship FBA. Those sales just keep going strong.

Why are other listing up? Because they likely keep being put up under different accounts without any keywords related to smoking or anything. But really it is just that they havne't been caught up with yet.
