OTDR for low-volume sellers

I am a low-volume FBM seller and received a deactivation warning yesterday for ONE item missing the delivery date/time by about 13 hours. I have looked into my settings and will be adjusting accordingly.

My question is- in the FAQ forum post by Atlas_Amazon, it states, "We will measure your On-time delivery (OTDR), but the requirements will not apply if you ship less than 20 orders across all of your products in the 14-day period being measured." I have sold only that ONE in the 14 days being measured so I went from 100% (or N/A) to 0%. If I am not applicable to the requirements, why do I have a deactivation warning banner?

Thanks for the help!

So we can look further into the situation can you provide the related order ID? This will help us in looking into the situation further. If you have already created a case regarding the situation I would suggest posting that information as well since that will also be beneficial.

Looking over the order the promised delivery date was 9/26/24 23:59:59 PDT, but was delivered next day which will continue to impact the on time delivery rate for a few more days seeing as the current calculation includes the promised delivery date of: Sep 23, 2024 - Oct 6, 2024.

I'd like to mention that it is difficult to manage shipping 100% as errors and delays occur by UPS and USPS all the time regardless of weather-related delays. The punishment for performing less than 90% accurate is steep even though the seller really doesn't have control over these human errors. I think the OTDR monitoring tool settings are way off base. Just my 2 cents.

I have the same situation as a low volume FBM seller for one shipment arriving one day late 14 days ago. I had 8 subsequent orders in the time period after that which were all delivered on time. My warning went from 50% to 25% and is now at 0%. I contacted a rep via chat today and after waiting a bit for her to investigate, she told me I was at 0% and I should be better at shipping on time. She said nothing could be done. The case number is 16527540831.
