Printify + Hellocostum = Did I skip a step ?
After linking my Amazon account to Printify and HelloCostum, I then tried to publish a mug via Printify and customize it on HelloCostum. After two attempts to publish the mug on Amazon Seller Central, I realized that my account was deactivated (Section 3). All my information is authentic. I might have missed a step, but I would like to hear your feedback and advice, please.

Yes, you missed quite a few steps.
- You cannot call a mug yours unless you have a registered brand name on Amazon.
- Your brand name and your UPC number should be affixed to the bottom.
- Did you have approval to sell in the category the product falls under?
- Did you have approval to sell the product? Did you submit any COC's required to sell the product? Did you submit imager of the product packaging box showing your Brand, your UPC, and any warnings that may be necessary.
That is a short list of what was needed to be submitted. For your account to be suspended, probably more than one was omitted.

Now with that said. Custom ordered products on Amazon are wide open for scammers to get your product for free. Even though Amazon clearly states that custom made products are not returnable, one call to customer service saying the imprint is too small/large, and CS will refund from your account on the spot. You lose and the buyer gets the perfect product for free.

What was the original notice? It should have a more specific reason such as you have a second account named xyz
