Listing Policy Violation - Product Detail Tampering
Has anyone had a product dinged for a "Listing Policy Violation - Product Detail Tampering" for a product detail page that was created by the manufacturer, and listed for several months without issue? The only information that we received was that the issue is related to "item_name" and that Amazon had removed the offending content. In order to appeal, we have to review the listing and submit some sort of documentation, but the listing was removed so we are unable to do so.

Hi @Press_18,
Thanks for the post. I would recommend opening a case with Seller Support and let them know that you can't appeal without the listing info.
Once you are ready to appeal, you will want to review the listing to ensure that all of the details are accurate to the product. We would recommend checking out this page regarding product detail page rules to help identify any areas where the listing may be inaccurate.
If you do identify any adjustments needed, then we would recommend attempting to do so. Once the listing is accurate, then you will want to provide an explanation regarding the inaccurate details and adjustments made.
If you find that all of the information is correct to the product, then you will want to provide a description of the product and any supporting details that shows that the listing details are correct. Be sure to provide clarification if you have not made any contributions.
Best regards,
