Amazon won't refund an unused shipping label
Bought a shipping label and ended up not using it. Amazon will not refund me the label amount due to me refunding the order. The order is ineligible for a Safe T claim since I refunded the order. Label is only a few dollars but the idea that they will not refund this is mind blowing. Ship date was July 26th. Talked with seller support and they simply won't do it....?

Unused labels should be refundable, however the refund is not immediate. With some systems you have to wait thirty days -- I think Amazon makes you wait longer.
If you use the SCAN form to allow the post office to scan all your packages from that day from that form, then you won't be able to put in for a refund on that label. Using the SCAN form makes the label appear to have been used.
But if you don't use that form and the label was never used, you should be eligible for refund -- but that is through voiding the label. That process has nothing to do with Safe-T claims.
