FSA/HSA eligibility
Does anyone know the steps by step process of having your ASIN be eligible for FSA/HSA? We've contacted SIGIS and they advised we ask Amazon to submit the eligibility request for us. We've had our case open for more than a month now and called Amazon support multiple times with no luck. We're stuck and it seems like Amazon support does not even know what FSA/HSA is. There are a lot of similar products out here granted FSA/HSA eligibility, i'm wondering if anyone has gone through this process with Amazon and can share what we can do to expedite this request? Thanks.
