Amazon FBA warehouse checked in shipments at turtle speeds
WHAT HAPPENED IN CLT2?
My shipments were delivered to CLT2 07/19/2024, now, 20 days have passedbut, It's still not checked in.
Opened case to ask for helps from Amazon Seller Support Team, they said that they can't contact the FBA warehouse.
What can I do somethings for my shipments to expedite the check in and shelving of shipments?

Hi @Seller_waUzfewoudymL,
You may have seen many similar posts here on the forums but indeed receiving timelines can extend up to several weeks at times. On the contents tab of your shipment you'll find an investigation eligibility date but until that time your shipment is likely working it's way through a heavy receiving queue at the FC. Unfortunately there is no option for sellers (or us internally) to expedite receipts at FBA FCs.
